This is a very controversial and sensitive subject as it is very private. In many societies, it is a taboo to even discuss the subject.
However, as much as it is a sensitive subject, especially in a forum like this one, many men across cultures still have this nagging question in their minds, although they don’t talk about it loudly. Most men prefer to discuss it anonymously. Others are too ashamed to discuss it at all.
